I just call her "Mom"
As you might have read, the QoFB took Wendi, Ken, and I to Walt Disney World in celebration of her 50th birthday. While there, we took a boat from Disney's Hollywood Adventure! to EPCOT [1]. While on the boat, one of the crew (an extremely solicitous young man) asked if my mother needed help getting off the boat [2]. Needless to say, "Mom" she stayed for the rest of the trip [3].

[1] We argued all weekend over the meaning of this acronym. Is it "Every Pocket Comes Out Thinner"? "Every Person Comes Out Tired"? or "Extremely Pricey Center for Overweight Tourists"? You decide!
[2] I am younger than QoFB, but not by that much.
[3] I guess this means I'll be cut out of her will... Then again, I now get to pick her retirement home!

And I suppose that you will continue to call me "Mom" for the rest of our lives. You are an evil, evil man. 8:-)
It wasn't until after that happened that I started to call you "Mom". And watched you squirm as the young lady on the bus and the waiter in the restaurant and the stewardess on the plane and everyone else agreed.
I blame my "parents", "Mom"!

[2] Which almost happened on the jungle train and did happen in the Moroccan restaurant.
[3] And Daniel nearly believed me, too!
